Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please contact us upon receiving the item. We will do whatever we can to resolve the issue quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on case by case basis.

Here are the conditions in order to make an exchange or return an item:

1. The jewelry should be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and in the original packaging.

2. We do not refund the shipping cost that you have already paid and the customer pays all return shipping charges.

3. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, if the product arrives in the condition mentioned in #1.

4. All returns/exchanges should be made within 5 days of the item receipt

5. The customer has to pay all price differences for the exchanged product(s) and the shipping cost for the exchanged item.

6. For returned orders, the refund will be issued after receiving the item(s) in the condition mentioned in #1 within 1-3 business days.

Custom orders and custom sized bracelets are not subject to refunds and exchanges. However, please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping Information:

We always do everything we can to ship the orders on the next day or the day after, but depending on how many orders we have it might take little longer. Usually all orders are shipped within 3 business days from the date of payment. All packages are sent by USPS. Orders within US are sent with Priority Mail. The delivery usually takes 2-5 business days depending on how USPS is running and has a tracking number.

When we ship your order you will receive a notification e-mail. After that you can track your package status through your purchase history.

Please, make sure your shipping address is full and correct before submitting an order. We will ship it to the address provided. We are not responsible for lost orders or returned to the sender orders due to an incorrect address.
